Design

Lo-Fi Wireframe

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to test lo-fi wireframes with doctors due to their schedule restrictions. However, I noticed a few issues such as the info about the date/time took too much space on the screen, unnecessary white space, not all of the buttons were clearly displayed, and overload of information.

Iteration

Mid-Fi Wireframe

By analyzing mid-fi wireframes I noticed that it might be confusing not to have a description under "Allergy" warning sigh as well as other sections on the orders tab nav bar. Also, I realized that it is unclear which of the patients on the list need "action" from a doctor, and spacing between the icons was too small.
