The website was very confusing to navigate and had a dated look. I wanted to redesign the entire process to be more intuitive, while ensuring the current clientele who used the site regularly, would find all the necessary information easily. I wasn't allowed to cut down the amount of copy, therefore utilized information architecture to create a better flow.
